Hi chef, this looks incredible😍 I'm a total amateur baker hosting a tea party and I really wanna attempt this! Wanted to know how long the aganache can store in the fridge until and if the tart has to be assembled the day of or can it be done the night before and still be as delicious?

Hi! It is not a sugar-free recipe although we do try to use healthier substitutes to sugar in many of our recipes. Feel free to use sugar instead of xylitol if you prefer. Buy one ;) we generally recommend KitchenAid but there's some other good brands out there. Here is a good option: amzn.to/3RGRdCX If you don't want to commit to a stand mixer yet, you can invest in a cheaper alternative like a hand mixer (this one is good: amzn.to/30vPWoX) or a hand blender (this one is good: amzn.to/3bFjypT). Or the cheapest would be a simple whisk like this: amzn.to/3fxVwLC but you'll probably find it hard to reach the right consistency for the egg whites. We recommend copying the recipe as closely as possible for success. Hope that helps!
