Hello Mr. David, I was wondering if you were the artist behind DHM Music Design, the person who made the UI, load and main menu music for the 2003 Rockstar's Midnight Club 2 video game ? I've also read somewhere that DHM was known for creating the menu tracks in the 2003 Original Exclusive Xbox game, Project Gotham Racing 2.

Yes, indeed… I did create the menu music and theme for Midnight Club 2 and for project Gotham Racing 2. My company is DHM music design. Thank you for finding me here!

What a wonderful surprise, opening Spotify and receiving a notification and seeing the art image of a new song... especially being by Helpling & Jenkins! 5:50 of pure magic. It's simply impossible not to have a work of art when these two guys meet. "A treasured world"❤🌌🌅🙏

Hey David. Just a heads-up. Was your email compromised? Someone is sending bogus emails to people with whom you've emailed in the past. Message text says - "From Helpling David. I guess this doesn't need my explanation" and contains a misc dangerous URL and a quote from unknown person named Erica Jong

Music by David Helpling has been oscillating around the golden ratio for several years, and it will be interesting to see if it reaches it one day. But you don’t mean that video seriously, do you? Edgar Froese once said, “It’s up to the listener to imagine what they want when listening to our music.” This is a much better approach than such average graphic, virtual clichés that essentially undermine the composer and his talent to create much more colorful worlds with his music.

One of the things that hurts me the most is seeing that the overwhelming majority of people don't give a damn about how deep and meaningful musical works David's are. There are no words to describe the immensity of "You already are" and perhaps people are not even "prepared" to enter this inner dimension... unfortunately, they certainly are not.❤😭🌌🙏

I've listened to your soundscapes for a while. My mind seems to be eternally racing and your music is truly one of the only things that can quiet it and prayer. I really like this song. Still staying true to your sound but venturing out a bit and adding some amazing voices was a success.

David, it's really nice to watch the video that goes along with this piece - one of my favorites from IN. Nice to hear percussion, CP, Virus in action again too :) FANTASTIC guitar work and ambience as always. LOVE IT!!!

MAN. I need to come up for air and breathe - SO much going on here (obviously to anyone who's been listening) that merits deeper exploration. So many analogies on lots of different levels with this series, David. I'd love to see more of this type of content and hopefully a studio tour / overview too! Take care - you know I'll continue to stay tuned! 😎🤙🏻

Hey David. Hope you're well, sir. I'm deep-diving into your Free Dive (heh), and @14:46 you say that's what came out of the pedalboard. Do you - in this or other video(s) - talk about your pedalboard setup? Can I assume that you were mostly using BigSky on that guitar and you meant that there's no additional reverb on it? And, I guess it's probably in Cloud mode? (I have Strymon's BigSky plugin version - WOW!) Okay I think I gotta back up and watch the Console One discussion... I'm learning, man... 😎 Warm regards from chilly VA!
