Talking too much specially in the wrong company can make problems unimaginable. People have a talent to make something out of nothing. Ignorant people love to see others.in problem. This is right on time with what I need to practice right now. Awareness came into my life about 7 years ago and it has changed everything. It is so weird for me because I can be aware of negative behaviors and thoughts but I still get hi-jacked by them. Thanks for this teaching!
