You need to change your training two weeks before your event otherwise you will not be in a fresh condition.All the hard word should be done months before.Its only sharp sessions that are needed to keep the muscles tight.

Like the concept, but the music choice should have a purpose to match the visual appeal. A good beginning is to choose a beat that matches the pace of the runner, swimmer, or cyclist - for example. Another commonly used editing technique is to use close ups interchanged with medium and wide setup shots as directional choice for the edit. In other words, if you have a person looking a certain direction, follow their eyes and cut to show what they are looking at. If you have runners running or bikes moving past the camera, then cut with a swish turn edit in the same direction. Then, shift to a new clip, starting a new sequence of - set-up, focal point, and ending - to help group clips with meaning. All the while, using music beats to the cuts, thus keeping a continuity of music and storytelling. The key is to tell a purposeful story or many short stories with the edit combined with music designed to create a mood. The "That Trathlon Life" does a good job of using music with a story... so does, Ironman promo videos on KZfaq. These editing techniques take time to learn, but once learned, you add a lot of value to your efforts. Btw, keep up the good work.

There are two sections: I am a Participant and I am a Fan. However, under the Fan section, you have Claim This Profile. Is this for the Participant to choose/use? If so, why is this under the Fan section? What if a fan inadvertently clicks on this?
@TeamSaundersTriАй бұрын
Excellent question! When someone clicks on ‘claim profile’ the following prompt is to enter the email in which that participant used to sign up for the race. If the selection was made by accident you would simply swipe out and it will take you back to the events landing page. If you are the participant, you would simply enter your email to claim the profile.
