It does seem, stomach issues/personal empowerment issues have been common focuses for many people over the last year. As I have learned from what spiritually awakened people online share as well as people within my own sphere. With Neptune and Saturn both in Pisces, people are having to take their power back from other people/institutions where they have given it away. Stepping away from victimization. Excellent insight and expressions

This video really resonated with me because I was recently let go from a job that I worked so hard to get and I just felt that I was actually not in alignment with this 9 to 5 pursuit. I’m sitting in this place of what next but feeling quite good surprisingly because I have done enough shadow work to come out on the other side in the past few years, knowing who I am and how that is enough instead of constantly looking outside of myself for my purpose in life. As a light worker who never really felt comfortable on earth, I now see that nothing in the 3d can influence me negatively anymore. I’m happy to just exist in the knowledge of the unconditional love that is given and shined out through me.

Agree. Old souls reincarnate as teachers. I can tell which ones are aware and who the new souls are. I talk about going home, they dont understand. No fear of dying. Not attached to physical belongings. Love deeply but accept those connections are temporary. Try and teach by opening awareness where possible.

So you mean like in the sense of external targets and causes? In that sense it would be projection of the internal cause of the emotions that were there, onto an external something yes. As the true cause is not just the external situation in the past. These emotions were repressed due to an internal psychological complex that keeps these locked up. And when you do the inner work, sometimes we hit on these aspects, and then the complex can become activated and we can act in habitual ways. Though there is nothing "negative" about anger or sadness. These emotions just are. Part of it regarding these complexes that were formed as defence mechanisms connected to the ego, due to the trauma, is just also that sometimes these can become activated and are the actual cause of reactions happening. Which itself ties around a core belief, which often is tied to specific memories and emotions. Though in my journey what I have found is that it is not so much about trying to go aha, and fixate on the person or situation, and start thinking about it, but more about trying to feel into the emotion, and trace it back to it's internal source. So you become a witness to the emotions and memories, without clinging to it, or being averse. It is not really the physical parent that is the cause of it. More the internal parental complexes that carry these emotions, internally. Which are based on memories, emotions and associations. Which are mind born constructs, informed by past situations. Even with society, it does not really exist. Not in the way we think about it. It is a concept, tied to societal complexes that are conditioned into people. If one works through these, and get's to the point of deidentification with them, you can slowly work through these, so that these don't come up anymore.

Thank you very much, really needed to hear this today. It finally connected for me. I experience so many emotions and I always try and figure out why.
