When this song first came out I thought it was Alnis Morrisette. But the lyrics were really simple so it was a little confusing. Then I found out it was a different person entirely.

So near the end you went transpose -5(for playability), but then capo'd on three bringing it back to a -2 transpose but keeping the chord shapes "easier" vs just using the outright -2?
