Well, what I do know as Ahbash we don't say anything except by daleel/borhan/proof from what the person has said or done to make takfeer. Doing takfeer isn't also a lightly thing either because doing takfeer on a muslim without any proof is kufr in of itself. وَقَالُوا۟ لَن يَدْخُلَ ٱلْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا مَن كَانَ هُودًا أَوْ نَصَـٰرَىٰ ۗ تِلْكَ أَمَانِيُّهُمْ ۗ قُلْ هَاتُوا۟ بُرْهَـٰنَكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ 2:111
