Why don`t you people do some research ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These herrings are not served RAW. By law they must be treated vide a process of snap freezing and/or salting. Raw herrings straight from the sea are used for pan frying, pickling i.e. making Rollmops, smoking and canning.

Great hotel! Stayed in one of their hotel by Rotterdam and one nearest Schiphol airport last Nov. 2022. Breakfast is great and the room was an upgrade. We will definitely be using Van Der Valk hotel when we go back to Netherlands.

If there's 1 thing a person should know don't stay at a Van der Valk Hotel. I am waiting for my reward for giving them for free a tip where a woman of that concern who was missing could be. around 1985-1986. She either commited suïcide or was pushed before a train at a train-station in Belgium near Brussels. I am still waiting for my reward, wasn't it about Fl 900.000 Dutch gulden, Or 900.000 Euro? And when some High ranked persons at the cityhall of Nijmegen thought i still could work a litlle at a Van der Valk Hotel in example, They could exactly pronounce surname, they promised you a free meal and they found it at good idea i worked in the kitchen to do was the dishes of custmers left overs. And shortly after that i worked that for less then say 8 hours the Brussels police diged up the body of the woman of that corncern and Oh miracle it was indeed her, but the gave the reward to the wrong person. 🤮🤮🤮(i hope this is the vomitting emocicon)
