My personal opinion with all these third party management software companies is this. You are basically giving them not only access to your data but also lettting them streamline your cash flow, While that sounds great they wont have the properties main best interest and its just another expense added that you can do without. The other proplem I have is just like any other third party conviniece service that tries to offer a solution without them doing the work or taking the risk while making you do the work and taking the risk. No thanks. Unless they can also offer a solution wiht the legal aspects of property management and actually deal with the tenants direct concerns they offer me no value.

so basically if your not willing to take a learning curve ride (which one would think would make you better at your profession) then take the ease route yet it will cost you as you will be paying for a monthly service subscription which in my opinion if you are not working with clients it really does not make sense, and even then OBS just does what you need it to do. I think a lot of these channel are just being reached out by ecamm to push their software, not hating as I would be doing the same thing but again you really don't need to spend extra monthly on a subscription if you just take the time to learn a simple piece of software, its not like your writing code its just simple box checking as any other software.

Mathematica is good for complicated calculations too not just simple ones. yup, its good for general purposes. Mathematica can do unusual geometries and PDE's too. Wolfram has a system Modeler that is available that expands Mathematica capabilities.

Trying to pay my bill and they are incapable to provide access to my account because my dedicated IP has changed! Also provided them with my drivers license, mobile number (which was used for 2FA) and credit card details (including expiry date) 5 different level1 support guys have dealt with this and after 6 weeks still no resolve.

NO TO CARBONITE!!!!!!!!!!!As a Senior Systems Administrator, I would never again recommend CARBONITE!!!!!!!! I was doing some side IT work (moonlighting) in Jacksonville Florida and one of my clients was a small property management company "Jacksonville Rentals". They didn't pay me for maintenance and only call when they had an issue as quite a few of my clients do. I installed Carbonite on the in-house Dell PowerEdge server hosting their data, set and forget....all worked fine as it should. Keep in mind, we paid for the ENTIRE YEAR up front. Long story short, the small company got hit with RANSOMWARE, so when i go to restore their data, there were absolutely ZERO backups on Carbonite! My heart starts pounding and how would i explain this to the owner? Well I call Carbonite Support and explain to them that we are paid up for the year, I am not seeing any backups, and we got hit with ransomware...help! Carbonite told me (I also verified this on forums), if the server agent stops communicating with Carbonite servers for 30 days or more, that all the backups are deleted from Carbonite and they could not help me at all. I LOST IT! We paid for an entire year up front and to me that means what I have backed up should be available to me (property management company) anytime as long as I PAID for it!!!! I cancelled the credit card on file and any auto-renew. I will never in my life recommend CARBONITE.

I invested in "ChickenFast" crypto mining after seeing loads of positive Trustpilot reviews. The company folded and the owners stole all the investor money and they vanished. The S.E.C. should investigate that company and TrustPilot. With many ponzi schemes, having fraudulent reviews is part of the setup and the con game. From my recollection, there were something like 20 Trustpilot favorable reviews. Each with only 1 total review. Each created within a 2 or 3 day window. That's how Trustpilot operates.

I totally know how she feels. I wanted a painting app for my 7 year old and heard Photoshop was powerful and easy to use but found that it was totally not easy to use. Also, my daughter wanted it to communicate with the smart fridge we have in the kitchen but when opening the smart fridge interface there was no option to grab and display drawings from photoshop right out of the box. I gave Photoshop 2 stars.
