Yes, the battery can be replaced at home, unfortunately the third-party batteries that are included in these kits are of dubious quality.

I actually agree... only would recommend if the battery in on the last leg.

You didn’t show how to get the back plate off
@IdunDiedАй бұрын
yh was confused why this wasn't shown. For anyone watching, you have to heat up back to heat up glue, then put thin plastic like a guitar pic around entire edge in gap between back and sides to "cut through" the glue, but not stick it in too much or pull too hard cause could break something inside (unlikely on this model as wireless charging coil and bottom shield cover most cables). Do this around entire edge of back and then it should come off (a lot of people use suction cups to help pull back off).

The capacity youve bought is higher, can u notice in daily useage the 5000mah versus the old 3000-ish mah capacity? Is using the phone any better overall?
@KevinSmall3 ай бұрын
Although the capacity is higher "on the label" I do not believe it is that much higher in reality. In honesty it lasts slightly longer than the original. I wish I had a battery 🔋 tester to check the actual capacity as some of these companies lie. One important thing I've noticed is that it does take longer to charge than I remember. Almost as if I lost fast charging capabilities.

@@KevinSmall ah I see thanks! So my best bet would be get another original battery with same capacity?

Please stop! Simply blowing air over a source of cold is not at all the equivalent of air-conditioning.

You are a special kind of stupid arent ya
@_QWERTY__4 жыл бұрын
that's exactly what air conditioning is lol, you essentially run air over a cold liquid in a tube, the liquid pulls energy out of the air, but the air may also hit it's dew point, so you get a condensate collection. look arround the building you live in, somewhere i bet there is a place where water continuously collects or drips, that is a by product of air conditioning.

I’m only 49 yrs old but can remember when I was an older child that our town had a place that sold blocks of ice. My grandfather and I would go buy blocks of ice to put into big sort of like buckets where we would put all the cans of soda and beer in outside whenever my grandparents were going to have a big get together picnic. I would imagine by then everyone had a refrigerator and freezer? Everyone I knew did but I really didn’t check at that age. I know they still called freezers “ice boxes” when i was younger even though they should have been freezers that they had. I least I’m pretty sure. So why there was a place where you bought ice from from into the late 70’s to maybe early 80’s I have no idea. They didn’t sell anything but ice. It eventually closed. Probably because people like my mother would start weeks ahead and constantly empty her ice cube trays and refreeze them so she wouldn’t have to but ice for any parties or big picnics. Personally, it’s a lot easier and cheap enough just to buy bags of cubes ice at the grocery store or the gas station. I really wonder what people were doing with all those big blocks of ice they would buy into the 1970’s? We lived in New England. Massachusetts to be exact so it wasn’t like it was super hot. What kept that ice store in business for so long??? Any ideas?

@sheepest34374 жыл бұрын
The reason why is to let the freezers do there job, for say, the ice blocks “attracted” the warm air and heat from the food to keep it fresh. This is an older design though, and it was forgotten when we invented an electrical “cooling” system (ie air conditioning) for the fridge, that’s the best answer I can give you, good day!
