I don't know. However, Not Enough Madness allows you hire to most characters from the game, along with custom ones too. It's in one of the new menus the mod adds.

honestly this is one of my favorite missions in base game. The covenant, flood, sentinels all together, and the vehicle combat, flying the banshees. It's a great time, man

Marines still firing the plasma rifle slowly could be interpreted as them being less proficient with Covenant weapons

I like that theory. Though, it could be a simple oversight. But... if you wanted to make that an actual bit of lore, all you'd need to do is add a voice line or two where one of the marines with a plasma rifle comments about it. "I don't know how the Covies aim this thing!" "Man, do I wish I still had my rifle. I have no idea how to use this!"

@@Jelinator yeah I think it's an oversight, though voice lines would require a vice actor, or several, who sound like the marines. There may be some cut dialogue that would work, though I think I'd prefer the marines just have better firing patterns with it personally

You probably dont expect a comment 2 years after posting this but i personally really enjoy your vids on madness combat! I keep rewatching your series when i have the time :3 Your commentary is entertaining and you are real about the play style. If you have a slow start youre honest about it being sucky to grind or just cut it out. You also taught me some fun stuff about the game like later in the magiturge (i think?) when you were in the heist the info that putting the bags down makes them be collected at once when the van returns. I didnt know that! Anyway yeah youre fun to watch or at least listen to. The shorter videos you edit are very fun and entertaining and the little icon with the music you put for these videos make it very easy to find the song im looking for so thanks for that Anyway thats all! Just wanted to show my appreciation after being a lurker lol

Thank you for your kind words! It makes me happy to know that someone is getting enjoyment out of the stuff I make. It's sort of my whole point. Tedious grind annoys me to play through, so I don't imagine it'd be fun to watch, thus cutting it out if I can't find something actually interesting to fill the space with. I don't know if you already know this, but you can order your hirelings to open the boxes for you as well. And it's funny that you mention the music pop ups... they may find their way into my other videos too.

On the 10th imprint of madness new ground gave to me: 10 modifications 9 Acid guns 8 Double barrels 7 Revolvers 6 Piles of rocks 5 MINIONS WITH TINKERER! 4 Stun batons 3 Big guys 2 Modified guns AND A TINKERER WITH AN SMG!!! This isn't Christmas but i had to.

I made the mistake of using a melee character, so there were a lot of times where you couldn't really see what was going on due to all the clipping. I decided to cut out those parts.
