If you are strong enough kill all of the barbarian troops in the first turn, then you only need layers of 10 troops each, except your maxed out T13 archers. Usually, they will counter attack at least once, so it is recommended to use layers of 100 troops. This will minimize the healing on the layers and also minimize the siege machine repair (gem) cost. I use layers of 100 troops against the barbarians.

@@BigD4ddy847 there is lots yes. But he's correct nonetheless. If you review your report, you'll see your wounded come from the layers. (Provided as he said, your buffs are high enough for a 1 shot kill) Counter attack is a percentage damage. So using layers of ten yields only 1 wounded on counter attack. Because this cannot be lowered, 10 is the ideal number in layers, for minimum wounded on barbs

This game is not worth spending a dime on or giving a damn about new gens when they come out every week. We had two players die on our server and they bubbled them for a bit but never bothered to find a way to bring them over after merging our server not once but twice now while theres just keeps laying around abandoned from players who quit but they disrespect the dead ones is crazy.

i make evony content as well. In my opinion never upgrade generals outside the general pairing events(gunther/melisande, ragnar/sigurd, napoleon/massina) or you are never gonna have enough runestones to do all your sub city generals and duty officers

Auto clicker 😳😳 I have an android and didn't know that was a thing. My layers are lacking because I hate click click click. I also want to know if it's worth putting debuff skill books on sub generals. Or maybe on asst attack general to get that 6th skill book as not a duplicate.

You're not taking in to consideration that every ascention makes the general's stats go up so although it might seem that the newer general in stronger, at a glance, if you look at the over all power of a 1 red star vs a fully ascended general, the fully ascended is still stronger.

Yes i agree with your point of view but for a f2p it's not that easy to have your general fully spec , the runestones are a big issue Am totally f2p player who's stuck at k40 and can't go to k41 because of that issue and it's been 3 years lol Of course i can switch in the future after i go to k41 & k42 and have the ild awakened generals on the senate for a better use Am willing to do that trick with the seige general am collecting for some time now to have Edward at 3 red stars but i didn't spend the envelopes i have till i have enough for the job so they don't change the generals and i lose what i collected

@BigD4ddy847 i wanted to get to k42 before i bulk up to get some buffs which can protect my top tiers a little but now it's impossible maybe a year lol so am stuck at k40 as a trap and lots of pvp marches healing during battlefield to keep up with the team rallies/ goals So it's not that simple to take into consideration/ calculations fully specs premium general because they keep coming and the problem is not the blood you can save the token and get any new general you need to 2 red stars

Premium generals, majority of the time, have always been better than F2P. However they are not easy to obtain, especially for F2P players.

so, why not siege refinings for dragon. It seems like many big players use % siege HP refinings and do well with big layer of T1 cavs and some big layers of sieges, especially T4 siege

@@Gunstarby this topic divides people. Its personally not for me, I rather max out my T1-T3 wall . It does the job , if you prefer T4 siege sure by all means 😄. Also keep in mind big coiner with massive buffs probably for them it will work better

Old gen that are available at relic or TOK event is easy to full ascend so elektra is still good in any condition, there's no way that you not max her, new gen for f2p is not recommend or even put BOA on them, also the VC building also need to have 5.8m power gen which requirement & getting easy gen to max is a must

But one thing. Ascension increases general attributes,so it increases the buffs also. So using Elektra is still a viable option. She can deal pretty descent damage when compared to premium generals. Use thses high bufs general as assistant, Elektra will rock if we paired her with them. I agree to you. But consider victory columns and other stuffs,so its indeed for a f2p player to keep red stars. A free to play player cam easily collect 1500 blood of ares easily every month. After last trial of knights Event i had 633 boa, now i have 2256. So its not that hard. But players needs to sacrifice other rewards in the event just for boa. I agree to you. Its better to go with the specialities of premium generals. Use them as assistant and max specialities.

Indeed, ascension does give some stat growth. But the premium generals also tend to have higher stat growth with their higher starter values as well. Merlin is at 9.09, Elektra at 8.87. In the end, newer generals will always be better than older ones anyhow 😂

So do you think that it's possible for a free to play player to ascend a general to 10 Star. Using them as assistants is okay. Upgrading their specialities is recommended. Elektras speciality is not that good. Anyways it's a game for coiners. Not a free to play one. Its not possible everyone to spend thousands of bucks for one general. For a free to play player getting a second copy is also hard. For low coiners it's okay. For free to play players it always recommend to go with Elektra. Better than minamoto anyways,he can't take the attack book. Also for a free to play player increasing monarch level is also a Hard job. By analysing these Elektra is a viable option for f2p players. Not for low coiners and coiners

My ground wall works well. Most players horses die first, and most players prepare for mounted wall. So that affords some opportunity for it.

Thank you very much for the Information!! Im going towards 600m and building them up slowly. I have a Question though: would you rather recommend to ascend tavern sub generals or keep premium generals like baldwin and Mark anthony knowing I wont be able to ascend them since im f2p?

I would definitely keep some premium gens in the mix, their main skills still have high debuffs. When it comes to ascending, your Nero and AJ's would be priority.

@@tomp5589 I think it was 5 fragments. the event lasts around 7 days. I bought the $10 USD per day, had the right side unlocked that's a $20 usd one off. And only opened the red shiny boxes. Guess got lucky , I was just hoping to get 2-3 frags haha

The auto joiner is good, set your phone up too not dime out, it'll join rallys for 8 hours. There's ni limite unless you leave the game. Set it up on spare phones. And leave them plugged in for a month

Yeah I figured out later you can just keep the bot running in the background while on the acc. I also need me some extra phones for farms 🤣
