The victims have been let down by the government. Fukushima is still an utter disgrace as are the management team who provided dishonest reports on a clapped out nuclear structure with major unreported faults.

We in the west coast of California are prone to this and I can imagine if we have a 9.5 and above earthquake here off our coast and it happens at night...We would be talking about millions of deaths here. The ocean would intrude into the central valley of California due to low elevations in the San Joaquin delta areas due to sea levels are 20 feet and below. I dread the thought of the ocean coming ashore to Stockton California and up to Sacramento due to sea levels less than 100 feet when waves like that can reach 150 feet or more.

48::44 seconds in , man filmed walking as second wave is inbound but dissapeared before wave arrived or before the water level was anywhere near him, WTF? Please someone tell me where he could have gone, i dont see a safe place for him to hide from the second tsunami wave, where is he?

What made me watch this was hearing about the Earthquake in Taiwan and that there was possibly a tsunami warning and everything! And watching this devastation just breaks my heart all over again! This is more devastating than watching all the tornadoes hit combined, I'm not saying tornadoes aren't heartbreaking to see but this is so much more on a larger scale!
