Is this why you get calcification in arteries and parts of the brain? Wonder if the type and time your taking calcium? 🤔 Always feel better when taking magnesium.

I don’t believe in drinking that much water. It can cause low sodium and brain edema. Plenty of water gets released during metabolism related reactions in the body. More importantly, the brain will let you know when you need to drink. Provided you didn’t swell it up by drinking half your weight in water daily. I agree with the rest of the material presented. An easy way to treat estrogen dominance would be to use AmyMyersMD Estroprotect supplement which contains most of what he recommends.

Benefits OMAD Based on the Brave search results, here are the Benefits of OMAD: Weight Loss: OMAD restricts caloric intake, forcing the body to burn fat for energy, leading to significant weight loss. Improved Digestion: Eating only one meal a day can improve digestion and reduce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Increased Energy: OMAD can increase energy levels due to the body’s adaptation to using fat as a primary source of energy. Mental Clarity: The diet’s simplicity and reduced insulin spikes can lead to improved mental clarity and focus. Autophagy: OMAD promotes autophagy, the body’s natural process of cellular recycling and renewal, which can help remove damaged cells and proteins. Fat Metabolism: The extended fasting period allows for increased fat metabolism, which can accelerate fat loss. Reduced Insulin Resistance: OMAD can improve insulin sensitivity and reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Increased Human Growth Hormone (HGH) Production: Fasting has been shown to increase production of HGH, which can help with weight loss and overall health. Discipline and Self-Control: OMAD requires discipline and self-control, which can translate to other areas of life and improve overall mental and emotional well-being. Note: It’s essential to maintain a balanced and nutrient-dense meal to ensure adequate protein intake and support overall health.

Very helpful video, Dr. Stephen! OZEMPIC can be an effective medication for diabetes management, but close communication with the healthcare provider is crucial to monitor and manage any side effects that occur. Patients should report any concerning symptoms to their healthcare provider right away. Proper dosing, hydration, and management of other medical conditions is important.👋❤

Love your videos!! Will you please do one for people who test positive for the 11-3-52B gene? I just tested positive for it.
@stephencabral2 күн бұрын
I will certainly consider! With the 11-3-52B gene mutation, it is crucial to proactive in avoiding exposure to biotoxins like mold, and implementing detoxification strategies such as the StephenCabral.com/Detox-1 once per quarter and the StephenCabral.com/Detox-Support-1 capsules daily. Yearly testing with the StephenCabral.com/MycoToxin-Test-1 is also recommended.

Hi Dr. Cabral. I'm wondering if your DNS is ok for women 50 and up? I've heard women this age group should avoid calcium..? Thanks. 😊
@stephencabral2 күн бұрын
Yes, I recommend both the StephenCabral.com/DNS-1, but also the StephenCabral.com/Cal-Mag. Women over 50 should actively ensure they get adequate calcium, rather than avoid it, to support bone health and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. As women age, especially post-menopause, their bodies absorb less calcium, and bone density tends to decrease, making them more susceptible to fractures and osteoporosis.

In the case of dermal scar tissue, if it is tethered to underlying structures in the face, using Serrapeptase may release only the scar tissue within the dermal layer or potentially affect the tethered underlying structures as well. Will this k lead to further facial skin sagging? especially if fibrosis has formed into gravity forced position after subcision procedure for acne scars and has caused sagging previously.
