Sir. Excellent video. However, I remain very confused about the interest payments, specifically when are they made. I’ve read that it depends on who is responsible for the financing. If you, the Veteran, are doing a VA construction loan then you will be paying the interest. If your builder holds the financing and you essentially purchase the home at the end of construction from them, they will pay the interest. Additionally, the builder is making interest payments on every draw. You can see my confusion. So, are interest payments made at the end of the OTC? Or are interest payments made monthly or on a timeline established by the lender?

Completed my 6 years with the National Guard, but the VA just replied, "The Veteran does meet the requirements for the Length of service. However, the points are needed for Reservists/National Guardsmen to qualify for a Certificate of Eligibility." I've never heard of this point system before.
