What kind of pan are you using? Could you put a link to the product?

That pan is the 14” proline professional pan. www.prolinemining.com/prospecting_tools_p_s_gold_pans.html

Good morning, can't wait for the video! I just went Sniping for the first time yesterday and I came across a crack that was half my leg deep so far I haven't gotten to the bottom yet. It cuts back into the bedrock from underneath and it's really dark. There's no old gold claims on this creek. I'm curious to know if you think gold will be down there. Right in front of it is a big sandbar of good sized boulders kinda like a halfmoon along the bedrock. And should I be panning all this overburden that I keep pulling out of the crack or just discard it? I was the one asking about the Lidar map of a location.

Talking about your bag tearing, I wonder how a couple of ratchet straps around the bag would work as carrying handles? One can always use a Couple of straps on ventures . 😁

I’m in SE Pa by Philly and was thinking about looking in my creeks. We have quartz and other stuff that could have come from gold veins and been deposited here

I have a video that goes over some of the geology of that area and what the gold is associated with in that area. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i7N7aZByuZqYj2w.htmlsi=FBzE0NXRDRsV8Kuw

They estimate the amount of gold taken from the land, by the records from the Mint. Showing how much gold the Mint recieved and then turned into coins.
@theprospectinggeologist434712 күн бұрын
We are talking about how they estimate the amount that they think is still in the ground.

Hey. Have you ever tried to print a map exactly how you did but also the information over it, like shp lines, text etc? I was wondering how to do that and i just cant make it happen :/ Once more, congrats for your work here. If anybody does, please, let me know.

So I can add txt and such, but I have yet to figure out how to turn something like a shp file of property lines into a 3d representation on the model.

Nick, if you want to know more about Keith and Eva's secret solutions, they have a LIVE youtube channel on every Monday night called Hardrock University and they will answer any questions anyone has. They are a very kind and knowledgeable couple trying to help anyone interested in hardrock or placer mining. Calling them hippies in a meth lab was pretty low. Name calling, even if just joking is not good for your channel. Other than that, I'm enjoying you channel. Thanks 🙂
