I run just the cap with the gasket and store the filler separately. Curious if you guys have or have thought about adding a threaded opening in the cap to accommodate the smaller filler cap that normally attaches to the end of the filler tube. Thinking that would make venting the Rotopax a little easier. Or maybe your working on a vent insert that could be added to vent and speed up the flow filling like the old gas cans.

one thing you can do, is take one of your caps and make it into a die that you could lend to customers, after they leave a deposit, to clean up and uniform the threads. Good looking product!

I have two, 2 gallon Rotopax gas cans. The older one has an angled nozzle which takes a smaller diameter gasket. The newer one has that "eco nozzle" which uses a larger diameter gasket. The larger diameter gasket got pinched and is deformed. I tried ordering gaskets from Amazon and Rotopax directly and they only carry the small diameter gaskets. Geez, if someone would source the larger diameter gaskets, they would have a new customer base. Just saying.

Hey HOW ARE WE SUPOSSE TO USE THIS FUNNEL? You explain all the possible fails. Do an unboxing and assamble all proper pieces on to the pax gas container. I just received this item and it looks obsolete. Missing the gasket and . Is this supossed funnel to be stored outside the container? Plus the piece that goes inside the actual cap has NO GASKET!!!🤔🤔 let us know before i send it back.... please don't ignore this comment....

Been there done that! But the bent bar bent so much it smashed the heck out of a wooden table and that then dropped our counting scales on the floor. Albeit with the table top and two drawers under it.

Took a shortcut and put a 6 foot bar in the machine thinking he could get it done at a slower rpm. Max length of bar for this machine is 48 inches. We really luck out as far as no body getting hurt.

I wedged a small flathead screwdriver and popped the seal. Used a set of plyers and twist/pulled it completely out with little force. I popped mine out in under a minute 👍🏽

I randomly came across a video on YT showing this product so I ordered one and holy shit it’s a game changer! A huge improvement over the stock rotopax fuel nozzle. Great product guys!

These dopes in the comments obviously haven’t priced a fuel can lately. The only CARB complaint one worth a crap is the scepter lever nozzle… and don’t leave it outside in the rain or the springs rust and it gets sticky in the mechanism. 🤬 The VP type cans (many brands) are the best cans, hands down. They’re not cheap, and can last for decades, so I fail to see how the ai13 nozzles and caps are a bad investment. I’m ordering one to try to make an adapter for the military scepter NATO cans. The external threaded spouts are banned because of emissions regulations. They supposedly take jerry can spouts on the internal threads, but none I have work. The old NATO compression nozzles don’t work either. I’m over this nonsense. I found a stainless steel reducer that fits the scepter can internal threads, and goes down to 3/4 NPT. Thus the ai13 nozzle should work in that reducer. Every spout in existence has issues now it seems. Thank goodness for smart people inventing solutions for the regular folks just trying to get by. Well worth $35.

Mine leaKs. It doesn't self center on the opening. Makes venting a real pain. Gets gas all over my bedrack and truck. Great concept ...just wish the base tolerances were tighter so it would float off to one side on the gasket

As we mention on our website, it does not work with the Rotopax that has, or had the same suppressor. Nonetheless, I do have a solution that will stop the leaking. Call our support line or send us an email and we will definitely help you out.

@@ai13billetproducts51 my rotopax is the gen 1. It has the white screen insert which had to be removed. The issue I have is the nozzle gasket has to be perfectly centered to not leak. It's not easy to center it. It floats off to one side and won't seal when it does. I'll call but the only solution I can see is a large base nozzle that fits snugly in the rotopax opening for correct gasket alignment.

@@yakitoriPB I don’t think I’ve seen a GEN-1 with the screen but good to know they have one. I am aware of the issue of alignment with the screen being removed. Nonetheless, we can still help solve the problem if you wanna send us a message so we can get in contact with you directly.
