Hello sir, we have onboard KT-19 model..we are trying to adjust fuel valve ...the fuel valve adjusting unit will be in firing position or non firing position...as we are trying to loosen adjusting screw ..it is very tight..but in next 360 turning...the unit adjusting screw can be easily loosened as fue injector is not in firing order? What to do??

You mean the intake and exhaust valve sir? If that's what you meant the valves should be in firing position, both valves are closed. Thank you!

very nice sir, here we call it revise injector firing order, valve adjustment sequence is the same only the sequence of injectors are being change only in kta 19 stc injectors not applicable to STD. injectors right...STD injectors will be dial method @0.304 of an inch

Tamang pag adjust sir sa injector at valve. Sa pulley marking. Saan una mag adjust sir #ng valve at # ng injector. Kc gawa ko sa NTA855 big cam sir, pag adjust ko ng 1 valve 5 ang injector tapos ikot sunod 5 valve 3 injector 3 valve 6 injector. Thank u sir.

Kapag A yung marking sa pulley sir then piston #1 ang naka BDC ay valves ng cylinder #5 at #3 sa injector ang una mong iadjust then continue the sequence nalang base sa firing order. Pulley Valves Injector A 5 3 B 3 6 C 6 2 A 2 4 B 4 1 C 1 5

Sir. Kung diesel lang ang meron sa ibabaw ng piston o-ring lang ng injector ang problema nyan sir, palitan mo ng bagong o-ring ang injector mo. Salamat.

O di kaya ang cap ng injector mo ang may problema na sir. Para malaman mo kung may problema ang injector mo o wala subukan mong isalang sa calibration sir para makita mo ang fuel atomization kung pulverized paba ang labas niya.

Madali lang yan sir bilangin mo lang ang ikot ng pointer ng dial gauge basta bawat ikot nyan 1mm then tatlong ikot lang at apat na guhit ang adjustment nyan.

Thanks for the good question sir. Kung di mo na mabasa ang markings ng pulley kailangan mo lang i top yung piston ng cylinder number 5 sir at nasa letter A na yung timing mark nyan at lagyan mo na ng marking yung pulley mo para may basis kana. Salamat po.
