Now that I'm getting to create this form, do you create a form for each day's attendance or is there a way to keep track of say a month of attendance in one form?

Just wondering is there is a way to lock the draggers so that student can't edit text boxes when moving?
@TeachSmartWithFay9 ай бұрын
Hello, you could add them as a background image

Is there a way to share the data with each of the students individually? Meaning student A can see the total participation time they had, but they are the only one who can see it.

Quick questions about making duplicates with the math manipulatives. Do you copy and paste multiples on top of the initial image or is there an easier way to do this?
@TeachSmartWithFay10 ай бұрын
Yes, I usually highlight the original image and command+c multiple times (as many of them as you need). Unfortunately I haven't found a faster way to do with yet :/

how can you add a new section once you have assigned it to the students?
@TeachSmartWithFay11 ай бұрын
Unfortunately once students have their own copy, you cannot make changes to it. The students receive a copy of your original template.

At around the 10:05 mark, how did you get your file from Canva with the thumbnails of your slides to come up. I am stuck.

This is very cool and helpful. Thank you SO much! When I make my own template and I add it as a background, it appears as another copy of my image, but it doesn't land right on top of it, so the template isn't frozen in place. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I have a question since I need to write up a lab but people got different answers. Would the catalase be more active in pH4 or pH9? I'm asking since the foam height for my potato was higher in the pH4 but another group said it's supposed to be the pH9.. which one is more correct ?
@TeachSmartWithFay Жыл бұрын
Actually, Catalase works optimally under neutral pH conditions (pH7). pH 4 is acidic, while pH9 is basic, so it’s activity should decrease at these conditions. If you noticed an increase in bubbling or activity at these pHs, it could be that your pH concentrations where actually close to neutral (an experimental error). Hope this helps!

@@TeachSmartWithFay thank you so much for your quick response! I think my teacher told be the wrong pH because she said the water pH in the H2O2 solution was pH4.... but I got the most activity in the water(which pure water is supposed to be pH7) solution. I will ask her to recheck.

But how do students access it individually, and how do they submit it?
@TeachSmartWithFay Жыл бұрын
You can assign it for them on your LMS, such as Google Classroom.

I stumbled upon this during my 3am thoughts of how I was going to get my students to take notes. We received word that the copy center was down and have relied heavily on them for printing out notes. What a Godsend?! They loved this - better than taking traditional notes. They were able to show their creativity in so many ways! Definitely sharing :) Thank you, sincerely!

Very nice. Thank you so much. But I have one question to ask, if you are going to give the student a score or a grade, how would we do it in such a way that we are able to collect all scores for all right answers of the student. If we could do this, this would facilitate the grading of the student and the instructor would have a feedback of how the student responded into the slide created. thank you.
