I have suffered for many years until I just learned some things after my medication stopped working. You need a hepa filter vacuum. It’s the only vacuum that will pick up the dust mite debris( poop) The allergy comes from the debris and not the dust mite itself. Removing the debris is crucial. Get encased mattress and pillow covers. Only dust with wet dusters and not dry. Get a dehumidifier and keep the humidity under 50. Vacuum everything with the hepa vacuum weekly. Wash all bedding and everything fabric you can in hot water. If you can’t wash it freeze it in a bag and then put it in the dryer. Use a steamer on carpets, rugs, mattress, curtains weekly. Change air filer in house every 30 days or get an electrostatic reusable one and wash it out every 30 days. Also use air purified tackfied (orange) with your air filter. Get rid of carpets if you can. Give pets a bath weekly.

Good luck, man! One thing that really helped me a lot was to quit smoking last. And I know this sounds terrible, but that's because you can use it as a reward for all those other little things that build up. Did you pay that bill? Have a smoke! Did laundry and actually put it all away? You deserve a smoke. Got the dishes done and kitchen clean? Light one up, you earned it! It took me a while, but after a couple months, I started seeing getting those things done as their own reward.

This is fully me. Im a mother of two and going through an autistic bhrnout and im just so anxious all the time. The house keeps getting worse and then no one but me is cleaning. After 36 years of being a slim and trim 135 pounds, I quit smoking but then I got fat. I ballooned out to a ponderous 275 pounds. That's right, I doubled my body weight. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. I got kicked out of the navy for being obese and I lost my retirement benefits. I developed severe sleep apnea and today, I'm a borderline diabetic. Had I known I was going to get fat like this, I would have never quit smoking and I wish I hadn't. I'd go back, but might make my weight worse. Oh, and there's been documented scientific research with conclusive proof that dietary excess is NOT the cause of obesity. Overindulgences including sweets and junk food does NOT make a person fat. People do NOT gain weight because they eat too much or eat wrong foods

I'm down to quitting for three or four days and then smoking. I'm not saying this as a negative. I'm saying I am learning to moderate my smoking more frequently now. Also cinnamon flavored things help curb the cravings.

Retail manager here. I am also baffled at the understaffing. I'm not giving any more members to my team, and I'm told things need to get done that absolutely will not get done without help. I feel like it's a cover your ass type situation. As long as they give the direction that it needs to get done, their asses and on the hot seat. It makes it a lot easier to fire employees because they will always have a reason. The employees were given an expectation they did not fulfill that expectation. I really think it's a way to solidify management at the expense of employees. Sick. I hate it, but even as a manager, I'm not able to change it.
