I can picture this being a movie. The team loses the coach and kids r depressed the coach decides to give up, then he has a revelation. THey get a ringer for the team, they practice hard and eventually start winning vs the other teams in the league. Then it is the last game and they r facing that rangers team again. But unlike regular movies they still get beat because the rangers get 2 ringers for their team practice hard and improve just as much if not more. So instead they just beat the shit out of the rangers on the field post game chug some beers and part with the bitches and hoes.

I’m going to go back to umpiring next season with the hope I’ll be on the field if a coach decides to bring your humor and delivery to Cincinnati. My dad coached me growing up and I’d bet he’d give his 401k to give these “motivational talks” just once

Yeah, the saying is not "win or Lose just have fun." It is "win or lose. Give your best effort." Unfortunately, for this, coach's mindset will always lead to cheating. I'm trying to undercut your opponent or trying to weaken tou opponents to ensure a victory. The real winners in societies always want to go up against the best.And they want their best to be at their best. That way, when they win, they know, they are truly the best.There's nothing more rewarding than being a Champion. And when you do lose and you will lose in life that is part of it. You will still be better for it.Because you know you gave your best and you lost to the best! Maybe you can learn something from your opponent. And get them next time

I thought the coach was doing a skit; then I heard it! The supportive sigh !!!!! I burst out laughing! That’s when I realized the video is real.

This man is clearly an alcoholic in early recovery. But he is hilarious. I only pulled this sort of stunt once: my 11 year old son, an excellent catcher and 2nd baseman, insisted on pitching. Yes well, I went out and asked, "where do you think you should play, right now?" He replied, "right field"? I said, OK, and remember, there is no crying in baseball.
