You need a dry-sump oil pump setup. Its will make more HP and prevent that common oil pump problem. Its a MUST.

I don't know what it was, but on the first run in the video, there was a reflection of what looked like an arc from the coil or a plug wire right under the left plenum on the front breather or oil fill of the left valve cover.

I know to y'all it's a silly question,but what the reason for filling the block with concrete?

Not at all! The reason we filled the block is to help reinforce each cylinder wall and to try to prevent it from failing. We are still using a GM manufactured 400 sbc that came out of a station wagon and trying to push a lot of power through it. The blocks integrity is a gamble every pass! In the future we would like to buy an aftermarket block, this one is only going to hold on for so long. Also, when running methanol and your tune is correct, there is no need for water flow or any kind of cooling of the engine so it’s ok to completely block off and fill the coolant passages.

Why use vacuum secondarie carbs I would have went mechanical double pumpers twin 750's it looks cool but a single carb 1150 dominator and a dominator intake will make more horse power what do you plan to stick it in a 68-74 X body would be my choice

Sounding good on a stand is cool. But it needs to be under a load ( Drag strip or Dyno ) to know if it's a performer!

You are correct! This engine went into a 37’ dodge business coupe with a lead foot behind the wheel so I’d assume he is constantly checking to see if it performs well. Thanks for checking it out!
