This is a human being folks I pretty surprised by the number that passed by him!

The thought always scares me of needing help and being within range of people but no one will help me or listen. One of the downsides of urban living, no one cares about you, not even as a human being.

The way the woman looked at him and didn’t get out her car to help him and let her young child sit in the front seat of the car not even restraining him in a seat belt or putting him in a car seat as she drove off. 🤦‍♀️ These people like this shouldn’t be allowed to drive with young kids in their vehicle.

Many possible reasons here... extreme heat, diabetes, reaction to allergy medicine in the heat, heart condition, breathing condition, epileptic seizure, illicit drug, etc Hope he was able to recover.

Why has nobody came to show him some compassion and tell him medics are on their way to help him. ?

Probably cost $24,000 just for the ambulance. Then thrown out of the hospital because his insurance didn't cover him.

For people whose first thought is "Oh he's just a drug addict so why help him? ANYTHING could and does happen to people whilst in public. Seizures, heart attacks, strokes, aneurysms, dehydration, and panic attacks, to name just a few. In this particular case, it was drugs, but we can't assume that it's always drugs. I've gone into cardiac arrhythmia a few times in public stores and had some scary sudden episodes when I was going through chemotherapy. Thank goodness the people around me didn't make unfounded judgments.

The reason why nobody would help him is because he's mimicking a person on fentanyl.... He probably had low blood sugar and was bordering line falling into a diabetic coma

When I first saw this, I wondered about status epilepticus. One comment here suggested diabetes. The important thing: if you see a sociomedical emergency, do something. Call for assistance.

I hope the young man is doing well.. My 75 yr old father pulled into a fast food parking lot cuz he wasnt feeling well. He opened his car door and fell out of his car. He was crawling on the ground to get into the fast food place and nobody helped him. He collapsed at the door and woke up in intensive care. He said people actually stepped over him to go into the place and no one asked him if he needed help!.. Thank you for who ever called 911 for this man...god bless you too!..❤

Im thankful you called for medical for this guy, but i question why you just stand by and watch thinking why does nobody help him, you could of assisted or tryed to help him as well, this is a doubled edged sword kinda thing, that people including yourself just film without helping put the phone down and go to help the person life is much more valuable than a vedio and the clicks ($) you might aquire.
