My problem is that I have a Thai food cupboard with three different say sauces, I have Healthy Boy brand Thin soy sauce and Dark soy sauce, and then there is Kikkoman soy sauce, gluten-free. variety. For the lettuce, we have Little Gem, Round Lettuce, and Cos Lettuce. So you see the difficulty. It will need a few experiments to produce what is shown in your excellent video. I live many miles away from an Asian food store but I lived in Thailand for several years and occasionally get very nostalgic for Asian food.

Looks sooooooooo delicious, but needs more cilantro

Boiling the pasta while cooking the sauce or after gives one the advantage of having an aldente pasta in the end. And pasta always needs to be boiled minus 3 minutes of what it says on the package, the rest 2 to 3 minutes gets cooked with the sauce.

Thank you for the recipe, but … Video could have been twice shorter and hence much more interesting to watch if you cut unnecessary cutting/squeezing etc actions from it. To be honest, they are annoying. In our life we do not have much time to watch how to chop, we know how. We just need a RECIPE!
