CIPC is a Bloody fraud. People bought 80 sq yard in $16000 USD which is 45 lakh in Pakistani Rupees. You can buy land in Acres at that price or a kanal plot in a developed society of GDA(gawader development Authority). Even after that high price the development is not complete and that plot price will not be equal to the buying price USD $16000 in next 10 years.
