Try unplugging the machine wait sometime then try to open the door.If this fails u can try inserting a plastic thin card where the lock is to see if u can push the release.Good luck

can you find a plastic plug which will fit into the hole and then put a screw in it to see if it holds,good luck

@@dearhyo one more potential solution is to wedge some small piece of wood or several matchsticks with the flammable end cut off into the hole and see if a screw will take grip cheers

Hi Bethany have u tried spraying the area with WD 40.You could also try using some pliers to try and twist it out if you can get a grip but be careful not to break it .Maybe a piece of cloth first over the filter then gently try the pliers best wishes to ya

Hi Stevie have you looked into the holes with a torch.You could try plugging the holes with something and see if the screws can get a grip and tighten cheers
