Hi there. As the captive lender for GM, all leased vehicles must be leased through GM Financial. If you are planning to finance your purchase, you have a choice of lenders. Hope this helps!

This is not true. We’re locked out of our account when 90 days late is November 10th. We owe from the August payment. Logged in to make a payment yesterday (November 3rd) but we were locked out. Called to make a payment over the phone and learned they already ordered repossession of the vehicle and wouldn’t stop it unless we paid all 3 payments immediately by card. We asked if we could pay one now then the other two when we’re getting a large deposit on November 16th but the rep refused. Nothing short of paying all 3 payments immediately would do (initially she also wanted November’s payment too which is 4 months of payments but that one isn’t even due yet this month. So yeah, the answer in this video is not true. They lock you out of your account before 90 days and also order repossession before 90 days.
