I don't like the fact that Prentiss always seem to be alone whenever it comes to her situation. Not that she is alone it's just she always seems to be there for everybody else then when it comes to her she just has to stay and figure things out on her own. Until it comes to Rossi I guess tbh. Not that the others don't care it's just he has a better way of handling and dealing with situations that consern her by listening tbh and not condemning or judging her tbh. Makes it feel like she can tell him anything tbh as hard as it maybe for her no wider why their so close & all tbh

This is one of the Episode that I keep coming back too of Criminal Minds. Maybe my Favorite

honestly, one of the best episodes that showcased how well the team worked together. Between the 2, Emily knows she can take the beating better because she have combat training, unlike Reid. She also knew that Reid can create better rapport with the believers (since he was the one that saw through the fake poison drinks and knew the bible word for word), so she sacrificed herself and said she was the FBI agent. Once the believers think they caught the FBI agent, their guards will be down with Reid so he can start manipulating them. outside team can pick up the mini clues reid and emily was giving them that normally would have been missed

She was Smart not to make it worse, by fighting back.

When I first watched this episode all those years ago, this scene particularly was extremely painful to watch. My reaction was similar to Hotch, Rossi, and Morgan. But I felt connected to Emily. I am a big sister, mentor, guardian, tutor, teammate, etc. Like Em, I too will do whatever it takes to protect and nurture those in my care, especially in dangerous situations. If I can get through the obstacles without getting hurt, cool. But if all other strategies fail, I will always choose to throw myself in front of hellfire before it can reach them. "I can take it." Words that I also have repeated like a mantra. I can still take it.
