It is vital that Helldivers drop in with underpowered weapons, nothing like shooting at enemy heavies with a 'special' anti light armor weapon. It appears technology has gone backwards in Super Earth

I have that, but you need to extract without hulks hand and than you get achivement.

got the achievement on accident when i first got the game a week or two after launch by "completing" a destroy the hulk obj but it was on like a 4-5 idr

Doesn't seem like they despawn. Found 2 early in a mission and still got the trophy.

So there are two types of enemies from what I understand, the ones that exist, and the ones that spawn, the ones that spawn will de-spawn when no players are in the area, the others will persist.

@@bogustoast22none25 that is true, however the ones that spawn will not despawn if in an alert state or soft alerted, soft alert only happens if an enemy is alerted via red stratagem and not engaged directly in any way

I had that happen to me once. The pelican was part way in the floor, and it was TANTALIZINGLY close to letting me in. The opening in the back was just barely too far in the ground for me to hit the trigger for boarding it. I fought with it for about 4 minutes trying to clip into it before the mission ended.

I didn’t quite get it until the shuttle started taking off and flew right out of the floor LOL this game is so buggy sometimes I swear. But it’s great despite them

Just finished a game where me and one other got on the shuttle and when it took off it left us on the ground...failure to extract 😗😗

Yeah, if Pelican-1 has taken too much damage at extract, the moment one of you gets in he books it.

So you clipped through the pelican in the end? Sadge. One time on a bug defense mission the pelican landed normally and was clear for us to board. We got on but the game didn't trigger us getting on. So we turned the game into pvp until we ran out of reinforcements and pelican left without us. All failed to extract. At least we got some PVP

You wonder to far lol once it say T 1:23 etc it will leave. U have to be 20 feet or less or have someone there

This isn't what happened. 1 It is a cutscene based event. if you can't reach the trigger, it fails. ( Trigger is under the world) 2 it is supposed to leave right away if you all leave the area ( a timer should display for 25 seconds), after having left considering it already landed. 3 the mission timer ended. A new extract is supposed to come to pick you up. It did no such thing.

:32 proves that the squad wasn't too far from Extract, and thus no timer was given. T1 was stil on extract, providing everyone did leave within the 12 minutes that was possible for everyone to get off extract.

One time our shuttle didnt show up after completing the eradicate automatons mission so we had to wait till the mission timer ran out. When the timer finally ran out and a shuttle came, we all decided to shoot it down with our cannons and launcher, and it crashed into the ground and got stuck just like yours HAHAHA.
