Hello Mitch. My stock exauhst is nearly 20 years old. Do you think it would be worth to replace him with a new original exaust? I am just aiming for a more silent ride. TY. love your vids.

I did it with a c clamp in my hoa with a prv70 stem. No silicone I pulled it through by hand with a little wiggle. And my scooter rim is thickkk! If one does struggle, I'd almost guarantee they could do it by hand with a little lubricant/ silicone spray

Also if you pivot the c clamp on side on the rim and one side on the tire. You can compress it enough with the entire wheel still on. No need to remove it. Neat video tho

I would just recommend putting a Microfiber on the rim where you are compressing on

Mitch's videos are usually exceptional, but I don't see the point in taking the valve cover off, risking stripped threads on the journal holder, when the only thing adjusted or changed is that the chain tensioner gets reset. That can be done by just removing the two socket head bolts holding the tensioner in. Did I miss the adjustment?

I replaced my battery via the back by taking off a plastic cover, it’s much quicker than taking apart the entire speedo assembly😅

Hey Mitch, I love your videosh they've been helping me out for years now!.. but I've got a problem that I'm not able to solve.. Lately my scooter has been hard to start and then it was stalling out whenever I stopped. I rebuilt the Carb and now it will only start with the kick start and then only runs for a few minutes and when I give it some throttle it stalls! Any suggestions?

Mitch, did you relocate your Fuel Gauge, up higher than stock-- Do you have a video on that modification? Also, do you know where I could get the Vino 50 Storage Compartment that fits where Yamaha ridiculously mounted the 125's Fuel Gauge?

We come to watch this tutorial either have no clues or in need of a better approach. Mitch’s videos are the best when it comes to DIY scooter big/small repairs with basic mechanic tools & household items (MacGyver style). We are all grateful for the instructional assistance and prompt Q&A responses. Please ignore all the idiot comments if you are true DIYers not backseat riders. where did you find those torque specs? I also wanna do some work on my LX, especially with the CVT, but I'm not sure what torque specs to use when tightening things back

Should replace the stock exhaust with a Yoshimura Exhaust. Yoshimura exhaust sounds alot better and adds a few horsepower.
