Oh boy, I have MUCH lore to explain... The map reset and the IO sent out EGO (The S1 Battle Pass), and ALTER were Snapshots (Clones) of EGO, but these snapshots were altered by the Chaos Agent, who is a freinemy of Midas. EGO and ALTER turn into GHOST AND SHADOW, but it's just a discraction so that the IO doesn't find out that Midas is trying to break The Loop by pushing back the storm (when it closes it resets). Midas gets close to victory but the IO turn the storm into water temporarily. Season 3 ends with Galactus finding Reality 0, (Home of the Zero Point and the island) Season 4 rolls around, Thor (Herald of Galactus), brings heroes from Reality 616 to save the island. Tony Stark (Iron Man) creates rift beacons to bring his lab to the island, where he uses the loop to clone the battle busses and turn them into bombs that'll open a rift back to Reality 616 and defeat Galactus. When Galactus is defeated, he brings a shard of the Zero Point with him to Reality 616 (not important until Chapter 3 Season 2). Then the IO send Agent John Jones to recruit hunters to protect the Zero Point while the IO fixed the Zero Point (but they didn't) and yata yata, the Zero Point is on the brink of explosion, Jones calibrates his device to the perfect frequency to summon The Foundation (Leader of The Seven) to the island. He seals himself inside a Spire of darkness that harnesses Chrome, and Jones traps himself in The Loop, eventually being captured by the IO. But the Zero Point's crystals become infused with darkness, and bring out the chapter 1's cube energy. This summons The Last Reality (The Aliens) to the island. They blow up the Spire, sending the Zero Point underground and The Foundation to Reality NF-1935 (DC Reality). Jones' leader Dr.Slone creates bombs and sends them up to the mothership and blows it up, not knowing that there's like thousands of cubes. On this ship is a golden cube, housing the Cube Queen, she makes a pyramid with her army of cubes. She summons the wake of The Last Reality, but The Foundation comes back from the DC Reality to save Jones. The Seven hack into the IO bridge and flip the island. Leading into Chapter 3.
