How long do you wait before applying each layer?

Great question! About 10 minutes, 15 minutes at the most. I use a fan to speed up the process😁 I also work on multiple designs at once, so by the time I get back around to the first one they are dry and ready for the next layer!

@@A.Train2015 all of it is royal icing except for the cheese heads, the cheese heads are fondant😁

They are made with food grade 5 mil plastic 😁

Hi! I have a question. Were you using a fondant as a base? For frosting, is it alright if I use a whipped cream or only royal icing? Tia!

Yes, this is a fondant base! You need to use a Frosting that will harden or at least crust over. Otherwise you won't be able to frost each layer on top of each other 😊
