It’s an after credits scene for the episode No Sanctuary. Apparently on home media it skips right past it if you skip the credits, hence why I’m here telling you right now LOL. There is another after credits scene for Coda as well with Morgan.

Not really, chronologically this scene with Morgan and the one where he arrives at Gabriel's church and sees the map, takes place 20 days after the fall of the terminus, and 17 days after Beth death, the 17 days were made official by AMC at the time, plus the other 3 days, you can understand just by watching episodes 1 to 8 of the season 5. In other words, from episode 1 to episode 9 only 20 days passed, and that is a fact.

His pacifist bullshit has ruined FTWD for me. Getting rid of Madison, a character who would do anything to protect her children, and replacing her with a man who just wants to talk it out with the people trying to kill him was the dumbest mistake FTWD ever made.

Morgan, the guy who saved Rick in the first episode of season one. He had a son Duane. Rick, Michonne and Carl also encounter him in the fourth season when they are looking for weapons to fight the Governor.
