I can't believe I have been struggling to fold the fabric on the bias - make the pattern full size and don't fold the fabric! Genius! Or, really obvious and I am soooooo stupid....

So I made a skirt and when I stand it's perfect but when I sit it's tight on my hips . I recall measuring it with one finger in . Do you recommend keeping the feet slightly apart when taking hip measurements for ease of sitting down ?

Taking it all way down can throw pockets off if you take up much.
