My dock works, but I can't get it to charge the laptop. Lenovo Legion 7 pro.

It does not have enough power to charge a legion. Your power adapter has to be used in conjunction with the dock. The dock can only send 65w to 90w. Your laptop probably needs 230w.

I have a USB switch which allows me to switch Keyboard and Mouse, between my and my work laptop Lenovo docking station. It works fine for about 7 hours and the if I happen to switch back to my laptop docking station, my laptop says USC device not recognized and the usb ports on the docking station no longer work. I have had tried at least 4 different switches and it happens to all of them, leading me to this the issue is with the docking station. Any ideas why or what I can do?

Without knowing what drives the wireless monitors that is difficult to answer. If they are usb, just about anything probably can, but probably not well. I always wire monitors

It does not have displaylink, that's why it's such a good dock. Display link is a way to fake video out via USB that doesn't actually support video. This device is made for use with Lenovo ThinkPad devices

How did you install the boxes in the brick? I paid an electrician to run more outlets in my backyard and instead of putting the box flush with the wall, it sticks out about 3 inches. Are flush mount outlets only during new construction? I am about to hang tv on my house and I want the outlet to be flush with the brick.

Unless Lenovo will offer you a compatible power supply, this cannot really be upgraded. I've seen adapters for standard power supplies, but I've also seen them blow up computers.

I am wondering about compatibility and quality of the sound, since, there is only the headphone jack. I don't use headphones. And, there doesn't appear to have room for a SATA backup drive. if your bose speakers plug in with a headphone type 3.5mm jack, like most, it will work fine (rear green jack). you can add a SATA SSD or HDD, you may need screws that are not included
