Well, while not bursting anyone's perception of Hex Hector, he hired other programmers for remixes. In the case of "I Turn To You" and "Waiting For Tonight" for example, Dezrok did the work. Mac Quayle did all of Deborah Cox's and Allure's "All Cried Out" to name a few.

Hex was a god. Epic intros. Influenced vocal house trance tech in so many ways. Whenever a track would drop, you knew the end of the night you were about to hear some amazing sh*t. This is still incredible.

When we could only hear music AT the club. Used to get obsessed with this stuff just waiting for whatever clubs best night. Hearing just one time had more lasting value than all streaming everything. So special. And god help you if you couldn’t go every week, screwed and had to wait even more! Mannnnnn we had it so good. Nothing touches 90s/early 2000 tech, especially vocals and anything Hex touched. He was behind virtually every massive club banger. Epic tracks. Aubrey, J Lo, Deb Cox, Shannon, Massive. GIVE ME TONIGHT!!!

Came here to write this. Damn incredible. Fresh now. Fresh then. Back when vocal tracks were works of art and not 3 mins with half being a drop. Hex brought ppl to school on vocal tech sound design. Every single track is iconic. Giant progression and layers. Some of the most room pressurization I’ve ever experienced in my life. Straight gas. Man when this was a closing song people CHARGED out the club ready to go. No one stopped when the music ended. Send us back. We had it SO good, best ever imo.
