We’ve relied on air dominance and neglected our air defense for far too long , now we are playing catch up , if we went to war with anyone with the capacity to mass produce or acquire small drones , we will have casualties on almost the same level as the Russians are experiencing.

Who would've known a turretless Bradley would be such a good platform?
@rider444011 күн бұрын
But it still has a turret? Do you.mean a crew less turret
@dannyzero6922 күн бұрын
@@rider4440 this specific variant does have a crewless turret, but the overall intention of the AMPV is removing the Bradley turret to make more room for other equipment. The AMPV is meant to replace the aging M113 in US service and to streamline logistics and maintenance of the fleet. That means that the AMPV will replace all the role that the M113 currently does in the US military including medevac, transport cargo, anti-air, command vehicle, mortar carriers and more. Next generation of moving box.

So when are we building one ! I love flying things, if they don’t explode in my face that is, actuator isn’t a complete unknown thing… The new thing would be to put it in a missile and maybe some defense systems can use a few tricks up my sleeve! Who knows what the future will bring. To quote Steve Jobs - The future is long!

This is a good overview of CAPA process. I like the example about the Jefferson Memorial, but there is some confusion about what's written and the voiceover. If the insects came in the evening, then wouldn't they want to start the lighting later? You state that their decision was to "turn the monument lighting off earlier". That sounds like the problem is at dawn, not at dusk. Regardless of this confusion, it's a great example that many people can relate.

Hi guys, impressive stuff! What is the brand of the robot stand? I have a tight space and need a heavy duty four leg stand like this. I searched everywhere and can't find anything like this. Do you recommend any search phrase or eBay store to order one? Thanks.

So, the pneumatic actuators are not modulated but rather provide a constant force to off-load the electric actuators? Therefore reducing the constant current which would otherwise cause heat dissipation in the motors and increase electrical power requirements. Nice!
