It says PCA there, not CNA. CNA are state licensed and can work anywhere in the state..PCA can only work in the facility they were trained. Not quite the same, but similar.

How???!!!! How for 6 years?? How??? I've been a cna for a month and then again at a new job.....and I feel like I'm still horrible...😔I had 2 days by myself and within those two days I haven't had not one break if I'd squeeze one in would be around 4 (15mins) my shift ends at 7pm...then I'll end up leaving at 8 instead... so how??I'm dying literally 🥺

I'm a CNA in the UK. We call it HCA here. I was raised in FL and want to go back so bad. I like how in the UK we don't say diapers we call them pads so as to not patronise the adult patients who need them.
