However, I am totally against purchasing anything that does not come out of a retail store for myself....reason? If I can't buy the real (authentic) thing, I need not have that thing and that goes for any product (sneakers or not).

Toni Morrison! My favorite author. Beloved is a hard read, but probably her best written novel. Sula is my favorite. I like the Sabrina 2s. Colorway is fire. I’m trying to be on a shoe-buying hiatus through November. Waiting for the Black Cement 3s.

She has a very poetic style of writing that idk is common in the world of fiction today. I have enjoyed them all but Tar Baby has been my favorite so far for style purposes. Sula was a bomb story. Song of Solomon was loaded lol. Can't wait to cap it off with Beloved. This is a good year to pace yourself with purchases. Not only because of economic climate but because it's not a ton to be excited for. So I feel you there.

The way you used it for the Eagles is the way it's most commonly used though, so generally speaking yes you are correct on both.
