I have 600 stones , i think i will have 800 stones in total when beast comes so i will do 1 round in each of banners , broly gogeta and beast, 77 multi for beast or any unit i dont get… i have all the units in the banner except new ones and lr carnival trunks and carnival gohan.

i love the new step up idea of course have to see how it plays out but all for trying new systems. what do you all think?

he looked better when he came out on jp....... unfortunately his defensive capability seems not enough to tank normals so he relies only on os dodge chance which os going to run out at some point..... he is missing that multiplicative buff on super which would make him stronger defensively.....i am a little disappointed that he already seems to be aged a little

I think another thing people are missing is the 400 hours deal. Once that 400 hours is up, its back to 50 each, and 0 GFSSR. So the old format didnt continue with the discounted price, however after you did the 1st round you already knew you had to pay normal price. It didnt feel bad, however after 400 hours the free multi would go away, NOT TICKETS. So once the 400 hours is up. If ur on step 5 and cant get to 7 its worse than doing 1 full rotation and 1 full price multi for the free ticket multi

This does kill the hype around 9yr for global regardless of what people believe or know as fact. Sadly "We are Dokkan" is now gonna be all we talk about forever surrounding Global 9yr anni.

At what time the banners are dropping ?

In 2020 I started counting a very specific occurance I keep having while playing dokkan. In those 4 years I've had a dead multi where the only ssr is int android 18 a total of 59 times. That's not including every other dead multi where the only ssr is agl ss2 goku or str evil buu. Just counting the one bitch. 🤬😤😑 Guaranteed Featured in any way is an improvement.

Im going to be real. The featured at last step should not be considered as an alternative for the sheer amount of free summons we will just lose collectively as a GLB community from this point on. The fact that there are TEN OR MORE Featured characters on the banner, with at least 7 or 8 being either worthless or mid exponentially reduces the value of featured.

I got shafted so bad anniversary last year. I didn’t pull the GT duo until December banner when they came back. I still don’t even have the DBZ duo. So I better get at least 2 of the FOUR new units.

honestly , with the stone i got , i already done some maths to do 3 rotation on each banner , but now , gonna do 1 rotation and a half , stopping after step 4 ( the second free summon ) even less if we finally doesn't have the 3 free tickets on each paid summon

Honestly they put the banner like that to shut global up the disrespect to global is so apparent they not even hiding it that dokkan presentation was lack luster

I mean, basically paying more for a higher chance of getting the character which is honestly not that bad. There's always that chance of getting the featured units like 1-2 times in a row. Whereas without the guaranteed featured you could get any SSR that's not featured, but also get more featured SSRs with the more multis. Overall I would say the step featured SSR is better in value since with the more multis it could mean you could get more featured units or you could get none at all.

This Dokkan Now really reminded me how much I miss Koto. 😢

I am NOT trying to raise anyone's hopes up, but the tickets we usually get for anniversary isn't supposed to be new news, it's been there for a while, but the banner discount 7-summon special is something we did NOT get before so it's the technically new and is the first time we are seeing it ever in the game's history (especially particularly the global version). Mentioning tickets would make no sense as that is not a new feature for summons in anniversary. Iirc it's only exclusive to global anniversary (i think we did get tickets with wwdc too but i forget when they stopped doing it or im having mandela effect so tell me if there is another celebration that had those tickets). Now there is an argument to be made whether it would benefit Bandai and dokkan team to make more money to continue introducing these tickets for major celebrations to maximize profits, this I don't have any statistics on but it would make logical sense for there to be incentive to spend more to complete a rotation of ticket summons. I even checked 8th anni banners and there is no indication based on the banner front screen details of any mention of tickets or differentiation between 8th anni headings and 9th headings. We have a better chance we previously thought about whether tickets are coming back but it's just speculation at the end of the day until it's confirmed in the data download, news, or in-game banners.

From seeing comments, it feels like the people who aren't really happy about this are people with low stone counts going into anniversary (whether due to being a newer players/exiting players that summon on every banner). And the ones that see the value because they have a high stone count going into anniversary (the people who save for anny or dolphins/whales who save and or buy stones for anny). I see a lot of value in the banners but have been saving since WW last year. I will have 4,900-5,000 stones by the time banners go live. And sadly it does limit tge options for those that don't have at least 1,200 stones at a chance on each banner. At the end of the day it does all come down to RNG. Wishing everyone luck during anny

The tickets never have guaranteed featured though. Yes you might get lucky. Bit having a guaranteed featured even after more summons makes this better. Plus we still get the 3 plus one free multi in the middle. And as someone who wants brolly gogets and beast im glad to have this change. Yes tickets are nice. But we had to buy one more 50 stone summon to get to 10 tickets anyway so it is stil objectively less stones for 7 mutlis this way than the old way. Also the second set alos has 2 out of 3 discounted. One full rotation for for 255 with one free and a guaranteed featured. Thats a win in my book. I never got lucky on the tickets either so this is better as far as I'm concerned.

I don't understand the players. A guaranteed featured is way better then tickets. From tickets you get most likely a shaft, vs. you have a very high chance to pull the new unite or another good featured. It's not even a question what is better.

Don’t think it’s great for most people. Most of us save for these banners knowing multiple units we don’t summon for will be on it so generally all featured or most featured units we are trying to pull. More multi’s is a bigger chance to pull everything and even a bigger chance to pull the one unit if you already have everything on the banner. Guaranteed featured sounds good on paper but doesn’t mean you can’t get a unit you’ve already gotten. The odds on one rotation getting broly in the guaranteed slot on step 7 is 1:1,600,000 chance. I’d much rather chance it on more free multis than bank on that guaranteed summon.

I'm not a fan of changes that feel experimental and this one ultimately does. But who knows maybe all the players will get gogeta broly and beast and co and everyone doesnt complain because they got what they want. Personally this just feels like an effort to get people to spend more.
