These tutorials have been immensely helpful to me, since I've only taken up running recently and this injury is the most common kind I get (my feet LOVE to curve inward despite my best efforts). Since I'm a penny-pinching cheapass I prefer using medical tape....but nevertheless I deeply appreciate these lessons. Thank you guys for helping me avoid crutches. :) Even if I'm too broke to buy your product I'd at least point other curious runners your way.

Robert Hidalgo The bumps on this roller are a bit squishy, giving it just the right pressure when you're rolling on it. I'm turning in my old hard foam roller for this one!

Hello! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Planfasciron Secrets (google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you tried home remedy called Planfasciron Secrets? I have heard many unbelivable things about it and my work buddy completely cure his plantar fasciitis safely with this remedy.

It WORKS - feels very light on - you'll forget about it. Stays on for days, thru showers and all activities, then when it begins to finally let go, you can remove it and throw it away - not reusable. Call at the drugstores to be sure yours stocks any of the major brands of the stuff before you go. Not all of them have it yet. I got mine online at Amazon for less cash.

Thanks to my cousin who told me about Planfasciron Secrets, I finally eliminated my pain for good by using natural ways.

Yes, it does. Anything that will cause dorsiflexion at the ankle will activate a stretch through the Gastrocnemius, particularly the short head. Further extension of the knee will allow for a stretch through the entire muscle more effectively.

Referring to a person as "she" or 'he' is awkward - it seems the presenter perceives the patient in terms of gender and is unaware of the patient as being a person. Also, at the end of the presentation, the presenter rests his arm on the leg of the patient in a way that would exert pressure on the person's knee and could make them uncomfortable. The presenter gives the viewer the impression the patient is a prop and, again, that he (whatever his name is) is unaware the patient is a person.
