Basically adapt a hyperfocus meditation to combat against having problems with focusing on a singular thing, and also adapt open monitoring or peripheral awareness meditation(the way he described in the video) to combat against hyperfocus. So a balance of both.

I am allergic to cold water, swimming in cold water, and dust pollution. Due to this I often get a cough and cold, sneezing, eyes burning. How should I manage this. Could you pls make a video on this. I don't want to survive my life daily on those allergic tablets.

videos like this are boring and exhaust the attention of those who listen and watch it, because: in it they say a long introduction, then they explain the condition and functions for a long time,,, and that distracts me from further listening!! it would be meaningful to say in 2 minutes what is needed and that's it!!!!!!

FM Alexander coined this 'End-gaining' back in the late 1800s. "End-gaining is the tendency we have to keep our mind and actions focused on an end result whilst losing sight of, and frequently at the expense of, the means-whereby the result is achieved."

We have to remember that we are all energetic beings… A lot of times we just treat symptoms and treat the physical body… But we have to remember that almost all of our diseases in general come from trauma that we have sustained in our lives that gets trapped within the body which can cause physical ailments when left unattended to. It has been scientifically proven that stress and trauma caused disease… So we need to address that spiritual and energetic body and being that we are that create our emotions… Once we Heal that part of ourselves then we are able to heal our whole bodies… That is where releasing the trapped emotions from the subconscious plays a huge role in clearing that trauma and allowing us to get out of the sympathetic and into parasympathetic ,rest and digest! I have found such healing with doing CEBR energy healing and Reiki! There is hope! I always say if I can heal anybody can… I was bedridden for two years with all sorts of autoimmune and bacteria and virus issues! I had horrible PTSD anxiety and depression as well! We just have to remember to address the whole body Including the spiritual and energetic body and to remember we are not our disease or issue, Consciousness and soul are separate from the body and from our symptoms, our souls are not the body or the symptoms so that’s why we have to heal the mind so that the body can heal! I can’t share the link here you just Google CEBR Thrive healing

In my experience, ‘telling’ myself the effort is the reward does NOT work. What works is LISTENING to whatever it is inside me that is telling me how pleasurable the effort is. I don’t know what it is that’s doing that ‘talking’ but it’s different from the conscious me trying to impose my will on it and it’s not at all the reward system. It’s just a sort of listening, like ‘oh, that’s right, now I remember, this activity is a blast! (even if it’s strenuous.)’ Thank you for this video. It helped me focus my thoughts on this issue. Definitely subscribing.

The Paul Erlich book The Population Bomb was sort of a reverse engineering of eugenics and was key in perpetuating and popularizing the false flag "crisis" of overpopulation which was embraced by Klaus Schwab and the WEF and "reducing" 2/3 of our 8 billion people. Let's not forget this criminal's anti-human, Godless contribution to destroying The Human Family.

The publication of Paul Erlich's The Population Bomb in 1968, a dramatic call to arms that urged implementation of population control policies including sterilization especially in developing countries such as India, increased awareness as well as heightened rhetoric around global population trends.
