Had a guy ask for a steak “Philly style” I didn’t normally get such a request but I did it anyways , for those of you who don’t know that’s when you cook just the outside of the steak so you barely have to cook the steak , infact all you really do is flip the steak the moment it turns brown and take it off once both sides started to brown and that’s it. It got brought to the table and the guy said that’s not what he ordered so I walked out of the kitchen to confront the guy because it was infact what he ordered and I refused to waste more money on him , told him he was allowed to order anything he wants but he’s not ordering another steak from me. Most likely was ordering something unique to seem “cool” ended up looking stupid because he doesn’t know what he’s ordering .
