This is my game, but I've been told that you can get disqualified in comp for the body crush as they consider it a neck crank. It's a diaphragm submission, but some refs don't see that. Otherwise, kesa all day.

Anthony hunts wrist locks EVERYWHERE! I hope the drive thru attendants are careful when they hand him his food.

Im sorry but these would never work on anyone except white belts. It's a totally different story when you have a 230 lbs guy who is seriously driving that knee into your solar plexus or ribs. This guy didn't even take his foot completely off the ground to rest completely on your belly. There is no pressure here at all! Sure it looks really slick but this would never work in comps. This is like movie shit. lol.. I mean no disrespect but c'mon! He's not even adding extra pressure by pulling the Gi! Give us something more realistic please. BJJ is at a new level now where even some white belts are killers!

That triangle never works for me. They only post their hand for a second and by the time I get my hand over to the other side, I usually miss it. And if I do get it, it's such an awkward jump in the heat of it all. Maybe I'm just too slow.
