I appreciate your video, I'm learning stuff I've long forgotten and I appreciate that. Though personally I feel you should say "suggest my coaching program" instead of "need my coaching program." People struggling with the root chakra also struggle with financials. If somebody is fearful but they feel like this is going to help them they may end up paying for it when they actually can't afford it.

My message surprised me as it unlocked a childhood memory of a toy, a plastic cake that was divided into sections, I could clearly see one piece of cake with a real candle on however, I know it means something but I'm not sure what, I'd forgotten about the toy till then! ❤💖

Its funny but . When you go through spiritual alignment and you meditate and feel all the energies around. The universe throws someone that can knock you out . Its like a test . Its not easy until you are truly aligned it all comes naturally

Mel it is SO good to see you and feel your love and positive vibrations!! So glad that you are higher up on the emotional guidance scale. Crazy how it can be so hard at times to pull ourselves up when we are feeling so low, even when we know what to do! What an incredible journey you have been on into motherhood-it sounds wild and you have overcome so much. Bam! Take that pain and lessons-you've been conquered! XD Thanks for sharing-I know this will help so many moms and moms-to-be (who knows, maybe even me one day!). I can't wait to hear more about the birth! Butterfly by Delta Goodrem really spoke to me! Through all the uncertainty, it's important to remember that I am spreading my wings and flying-even if it doesn't feel like it all the time. Great video Mel, amazing to hear about the birth of Belle and the struggles, but glad you are slowly but surely building yourself up again. Missed your videos. I’ve been dealing with depression for years ( it’s something thats been good at times and really bad at times) and it’s going into winter in London and cold which is making worse. I feel so homesick, I’m from Perth Australia. Anyway I try to be strong everyday and not let it beat me. But I love seeing you back with baby , I don’t have kids as I feel like if I can’t look after myself then I’m not going to have a child but my sister has 7 kids so I hear you on everything, I remember going to an appointment with my sister after she had her first baby and he wasnt latching properly and her nipples were really sore , bleeding a bit , but by the 7th kid she was an expert 😂 anyway great to see you back 💗

Thank you gorgeous soul!!! I had a pretty traumatic birth in a hospital...I was to be induced per Dr.'s instructions. 36 hours with Pitocin (which make contractions 10X more painful).. I resisted the epidural for the first 15 hours until I just couldn't handle it anymore. My baby was not ready to come out that day, but after an emergency C-section she was here, eyes open and taking it all in. We talk about having more, but to be honest, I am so terrified of having to go thru any kind of similar experience again. At least I know now I can handle it. I recall while on the operating table just forcing myself into a place of zen...it felt like I was meditating in a tornado of fire and chaos made up of all my fear/anxiety. I know I started to leave my body at one point... so surreal...and amazing! We are such survivors!!
