They do a great rendition, but on this one the tempo seems too slow. The one AJ did with the brothers band is really fine.

This takes me back a bit, Scott has the ability to transport his talent thru time and generation, hats off to his prowess and skill, and kudos to the band in backing him up in this endeavor.

This song just takes your breath away! It's a new classic written and sung by great Scott Gates. It's just a beautifully written song . . . deserves SO much attention and respect! I think that AJ Lee loves this song also, and the rest of the band just gets into it. They've played it everytime I've seen them . . and that's still not enough for me! LOVE this (love this band!)

That fiddle and mandolin are perfect instruments on this song. Very well arranged and performed. Thanks for sharing. Great music! Dylan himself could do it no better, if as well

Sullivan Tuttle channeling 1980s Dylan like he lives there. And the whole band is bringing it at the top of their game. Racked for repeat cause once ain't enough. Love it! Lyrics below. Meet me in the morning, 56th and Wabasha Meet me in the morning, 56th and Wabasha Honey, we could be in Kansas By time the snow begins to thaw They say the darkest hour is right before the dawn They say the darkest hour is right before the dawn Honey, you wouldn't know it by me Every day's been darkness since you been gone Little rooster crowin', there must be something on his mind Little rooster crowin', there must be something on his mind Well, I feel just like that rooster Honey, you treat me so unkind Well, I struggled through barbed wire Felt the hail fall from above Well, I struggled through barbed wire Felt the hail fall from above Well, you know, I even outrun the hound dogs Honey, you know I've earned your love Look at the sun sinkin' like a ship Look at the sun sinkin' like a ship Ain't that just like my heart, babe When you kissed my lips?
