Very nice vdo and good calm back ground music that keep the whole process so enjoyable. i am using Brikka as well. I think you are a bit too emphasis on the "crema" and let it brews a bit too long. usually when the first bubble appear, we can turn the fire down and let the remaining heat and pressure keep pushing out a bit more. to do that it will taste full aroma and less bitterness. the crema is good, but not a "must". and has no relation with good taste.
