This is just my personal opinion. I went and checked "Love Like The Galaxy" and this drama shows how I'm used to her looking, smaller eyes and rounder nose. What it looks like compared to these images of her, is her nose has changed and her eyes are wider. Both of these could have changed due to weight loss, it's a pretty big change, but I think for the better.
