Hi I just happen to catch your channel by chance. I just bout the woman in gold diamond painting. I wanted to use crystals instead of the drills that came with it and I needed help with some of the colors. Be cause the picture needs over 70,000 drills. I’m wondering if you have a chart or something that can help me get the right colors in the crystals colors. The painting I got is from diamond dotz and I’m not familiar with their products. Any help at all is greatly appreciated😊

I would much rather buy more $ supporting artists than buying copies of original art any day. I always like DAC because of their kit, reliability, quality and I support some of my favorite artists on there. I do not care for diamond dotz, same price maybe even a bit more $ and I find a lot more problems with the drills.

You can get a box filled with, what looks like, tic tac boxes for your drills and that comes with small white labels that stick on the top for £11:99 there's like 48 boxes in the box- enough for the really large projects.

Grateful for tips. I saw a lovely gem tray- deep sides, so, no tip up when you accidentally touch the sides like the cheap tray you get with the kit.

Even though some of these DPs are very expensive I think you have to think of it as your paying some to the artist to have a printed copy of their artwork just in a different way to a normal print been a DP instead.

I find it most annoying that there isn't enough bags in the kit for the left over dots at best you get is five or six.

It was done on a production line and someone was not paying attention. Doubt it was on purpose.

You can use a crayon if you run out of wax.

I heard Blu-Tack works better than wax you can go weeks without changing a piece of blu-tack. Cheers Graham

so you bought those rhinestones separately from the picture except the two? you dont use the color chart,you just wing it? i bought my first set of "rhinestones" with a picture and i have 14 "rhinestones" and some are almost identical.im talking like 4 shades of purple.where do you get your rhinestones?mine look like little rocks and very dissapointed.is that why some diamond paintings are like $80? i bought a $10 set with picture.im so disappointed. i'm very green and dont know what im doing? do you have to buy a whole new set of rhinestones for each picture? that sounds expensive and will end up needing a bigger basement for storage.and im guessing you will always have a lot of useless rhinestones left over.

I got a light pad at the $Tree Plus section for $3. No on off switch, it stays on as long as it is plugged in. It is very similar in size to your $11.99 one. Works well.
