I think I agree with you. ALPS sticks do arguably feel more responsive to me too. But I've only noticed that in game for the most part.

I'm talking for recoil control btw. My recoil control does feel less responsive on hall effect. But my gamesir controllers have a better polling rate than my Razer's did so that sort of makes up for it!

Thanks, it's certainly 30 FPS just wanted to see how hard it is. My controller was 250hz, Monitor 144hz, NVidia reflex on + Boost. Not sure what losseless scaling is? Sounds like it would add input delay like frame gen, not sure though. What is losseless scaling?

Lossless scaling is a post-process frame generation technique that can improve the frames per second (FPS) in games and emulators by up to 200%. It's similar to a mod, but it doesn't require access to the game's internals. Instead, it uses two fully rendered images, including the HUD, to perform the frame generation step.

From my experience the T4 has looser sticks than most controllers, certainly looser springs than PlayStation controllers.

I find the springs to be about as tight as an Xbox controller and a little looser than a PlayStation controller

No, your deadzone doesn't need to match. -Note, different software's MIGHT measure deadzone differently, so matching them is potentially a waste of time. Example, 5 on Gamesir MIGHT be equal to 7 on Fortnite. -Usually, the larger number will take priority. Meaning if your Fortnite deadzone is 20, your gamesir deadzone won't make any difference until it's above 20. That's assuming they use the same measurement system, which they likely don't because there's no official unit of measurement for stick input. It's safe to assume the number is similar, but it's likely not the exact same. -I am not a fan of software deadzones! I'd recommend setting your gamesir deadzone to 0, and then set your Fortnite deadzone to whatever you want. -I'm not a Fortnite player, but keep your deadzone as low as possible, experiment a little.

Yeah, built in deadzone is really bad. Why not just set the deadzone to 0? Is it not actually 0? I'd recommend the G7SE or The Xbox Kaleid, hall effect sticks work well for me. The standard G7 is also good. Regarding the built in deadzone I'd be interested to hear your thoughts. I just set mine to 0. It does sort of feel like it still has more of a deadzone that my alps sticks, is that an inherent trait of Hall Effect sticks? I'm very open to the possibility ALPS sticks are better for raw aim. Hall effect sticks are not the deciding factor in me using Gamesir controllers.

@@acfire9227 hey! So I have a g7se and I just can’t get used to the Hall effects sticks😭 I am like a raw Aimer 4-3 linear no dz, I kinda also want my roller to have somewhat of a stick drift. I have heard the standard g7 is suppose to be good. So I might give it a go! And I do prefer alp sticks for raw aimimg. As I have owned a previous fusion pro2 controller, it worked wonders. But I will definitely check out g7 I just hope the stick tension on the roller isn’t high Aswell!

The rubber is a much larger surface area, so it feels worse at first. But you can switch the G7SE to Xbox sticks in less than a minute. I tested both, I preferred the Xbox sticks at first. But upon further tests, my results were much better on the larger circumference Gamesir sticks. The Gamesir sticks also have a thicker shaft, so if you swap to Xbox sticks you will need to re calibrate the controller. The stick springs are about 20% looser which is a good thing unless you're terrible at the game. I play no deadzone. It's better, and has additional rotational aim assist especially on PC. On Xbox I would recommend considering small deadzone especially if your on a default controller.

Literally everyone has springdrift, springs get loose over time. Stick drift is when it goes in the opposite direction of your input which I doubt you have. It’s module drift rather than spring drift. Spring drift is good

Not right now, it’s best to avoid it. Light weapons are out of meta, the scout is the best light weapon. For a primary you want Hemlock or Nemesis every game. The scout is a valid option. Or the Sentinel if you want to shake things up.

Yes, so long as you install trigger stops! And if you’re comfortable only having 2 paddles. I’m 99% sure it’ll be legal at lan but there’s a chance it isn’t as you’d be the only roller on 1000hz. I highly doubt anyone would have a problem with it because MnK players play 1000+hz

@@maikelstapper4347 I'm not the person to ask, there are tons of vids on YT explaining it. Pretty sure you need to set it up on a windows 11 PC but I'm not 100% sure. It cannot be done from an Xbox. But if you set it up correctly it will transfer over to the Xbox

@@ritzjones9764 Definitely more sluggish! I love raw mode, but I play better with it off because my aim assist takes over more consistently. Peak raw mode is nuts, but I feel like Apex's aim assist is not tuned to raw mode, like not always compatible with that speed of adjustment. I came to that conclusion in r99 meta, this meta is much different so my opinion could be out dated. r99 meta had a much higher skill ceiling in r9 range. Another potential factor is if you're on console the aim assist is stronger, I did not extensively test raw mode on console.

@@acfire9227 nah you are 100 percent correct, no raw mode on 1000hz is the way for sure. Raw mode felt good on 250hz though

@@acfire9227 appreciate the uploads, just ordered a t4k and had it arrive today. While I love the sticks having no drift and the aiming feels so smooth. I'm having issues performing any kind of movement tech. I have jump and crouch map to the rear buttons with interact on LB. I was able to do super jumps, super glides and mantals seem decently. But now with the rear buttons I have no shot at hitting them. Any tips?

I don't memorize patterns, it's a waste of time because they're inconsistent, anyone who tells you to do that has mediocre control. I'll have a full AR recoil control guide coming out on my main channel soon! I just practice reacting to the pattern through muscle memory. I don't consciously memorize the pattern, that's the last thing you should be thinking about.
